每個人的手肘在伸直時都會有一個角度
角度的大小主要受到骨骼與性別影響
一般在練習三頭肌延伸類型的動作時
菜市場教練都會跟學生說把手夾擠點
原因是這樣子練習會對三頭肌的長頭刺激較強
但對於某些手肘角度很開的人來說
當他/她把手夾緊時,手肘這邊會在動作中承受非常大的壓力

時間久了通常都會出現疼痛或不適感
最後就成了我們所謂的「網球肘」
所以
如果你也是屬於手肘開開這一族的話
在做法式彎舉
三頭肌過頭延伸
槓鈴上斜臥推
槓鈴窄握握推
窄距扶地挺身
雙槓這類動作時
最好能把手肘的角度打開些

千萬不要一時迷信什麼「感受度」而把自己的手肘搞爆了
