〔記者廖聿偉/台北報導〕圓肩、駝背,讓衣服撐不起來,是許多人的煩惱。想要有堅挺
的肩膀,「後背肌」訓練是最大的關鍵。
很多人在家瘋狂做伏地挺身,導致前三角肌跟胸肌緊繃,讓身體往前傾,所以健身教練通
常會建議,做完高強度的胸肌訓練後,也要適當的配合背肌訓練。

我通常都直接做舉啞鈴聳肩的動作
不過伏地挺身作多了,的確胸肌和三角肌那邊會緊繃!
