伏地挺身的頭部動作 該往下?該往前? - 健身

各位好,我是個新手,沒有要練到嚇人的大肌肉,
只是覺得自己手臂一直都很細,
所以想練練伏地挺身將手臂練粗一些,
只是我發現到我如果把頭往上抬時(眼睛平行地面),
就施不大出力氣,做不了幾下,
如果把頭往下時(眼睛低著地面),
才有辦法作得多一些。
我個人感覺是好像我施得出力氣的方法好像用較多背肌的力量,
剛好我背肌的力氣是比較發達一點的,
如果真的是這樣,那是不是我把頭往上抬是比較練的到我想練的手臂,
而不要把頭往下看是比較好的,
請各位達人提供意見囉,謝謝!
