伏地挺身練胸肌(練肌肉振點-poppin) - 健身

大家好阿
我在練poppin想說平常振點不夠大
想說還是肌肉大點廣點比較好看
但我在練伏地挺身時酸只酸到手臂 胸肌幾乎沒什麼感覺
我逼自己一晚要作50下 通常我都跑完步 然後接著作伏地挺身(手靠近胸部)看
能撐多久就撐多久(目前只能到25下) 然後休息一下 再把手撐開繼續作
作到50下為止。
請問是不是有我沒注意到的地方呢?胸肌酸不起來 (我上半身漫輕的, 骨架小)

另外我不想把胸部固定很大 我希望放鬆和用力時肌肉幅度變化大 這有沒有什麼練法
特別要注意之處?
