大家好!
今天小弟想來聊聊高/低強度訓練的減脂功效各是如何
還記得在剛開始接觸健身的時候, 讀到很多文章建議以有氧運動來減脂
但一直到最近, 做了一些文獻搜尋之後
才發現低強度訓練的功效未必比較好
(這讓不愛慢跑的我大大地鬆了一口氣XD)
在這篇文章裡面
小弟將運動後的身體狀態拆為三個階段來分析
希望能讓大家了解到, 運動不只是當下燃燒卡路里而已
運動後身體的長期變化才是健康減重的關鍵!
