低成本鍛鍊身體是否可行? - 健身

目前希望可以在夏天前練出一點腹肌,同時甩掉身上一點肥肉,
所以想說開始運動,主要是快走,每天上班會騎ubike10公里,下班會快走10公里回家,
偶爾加一點徒手重訓,就仰臥起坐、伏地挺身這類,還會吊一下單槓(因為拉不上去),
飲食則是每天早餐和下午茶都吃muesli燕麥片,午餐跟同事一起吃不忌口,
晚餐會精選一下低熱量的。
但這段時間有不少人建議我去健身房,吃乳清之類。
雖然金錢也是個負擔,但我認為最大的問題是,
不確定自己的決心在哪裡。
很怕錢付了,後面懶得去,一方面也不是很喜歡健身房的環境(雖然我也沒去過),
畢竟當初主要目的是希望讓身體動一動健康點,順便長點肌肉也不錯,
沒打算花大成本大心力下去。
但周圍的人似乎都認為這種方式不持久,效益差,
所以想問一下版友
1.對低成本健身運動的看法(不上健身房不吃乳清)
2.我看youtube很多推薦的徒手健身說要做xx下,我是都很難達標,做幾下就超酸痛
所以應該要繼續做,還是做到自己覺得酸就好了?
3.muesli吃了幾天很膩(配豆漿或牛奶),最近想買果乾回來配,
有建議的果乾或其他搭配嗎?
