沒吃早餐但不會餓可以省略掉嗎 - 健身

最近早餐都忙到來不及吃
所以只喝了光泉無糖豆漿
或者都沒吃= =
但是到中午也不會餓
可能上班時間離午休只有3小時關係
後來想想最近幾年都變胖瘦不下
可能是固定有吃早餐
因為長期接受三餐要正常吃 早餐很重要訊息
但之前還學生時都睡到中午 一天兩餐
早餐也沒吃 反而體重都有維持沒胖
自從開始流行16:8斷食驚覺
原來我當時就是這樣 12點吃午餐 8點吃第二餐 一天就這樣~
感覺被陰了XDD
所以我不吃早餐 不會餓那就沒有必要吃了對吧?
