低背槓深蹲酸痛的部位問題 - 健身

如題~~
小弟是低背槓深蹲 一直以來都是酸股四頭肌的地方居多
從2個星期前開始卻變成酸後腿的股二頭肌 尤其是連接屁股那邊最酸
反而股四頭肌沒感覺<冏>
比較有可能的原因是? 姿勢跑掉嗎? 感謝各為巨巨
