平常訓練,練前吃200克左右的地瓜就能頂2個多小時訓練完全沒問題
最近換課表,訓練壓力稍大一點
練一小時多就有低血糖的情況發生
(雖然還是硬練完了)
會建議是途中吃點東西,
像是一瓶無糖豆漿或是幾顆堅果
還是練前再吃多點碳水就好?
(怕消化不良,所以一直不敢吃太多)
