今天練腿
一開始先做腿蹬
做了5組之後便去用prone leg curl
之後要再做leg extension的時候
發覺整個大腿都沒力了
我是覺得這兩個動作感受度最好
還是應該留一點體力去做其他小部分肌群的訓練?
我是認為小部分肌群是拿來把體力榨乾的
所以到底要安排多個動作
還是選擇少數感受度最好的動作?
