作息不正常但我精神都很好? - 減肥

各位好,由於我是研究生的關係,常常的熬夜到兩三點甚至更晚
另一方面我又很想減肥,得知作息不正常的話減肥會很困難
但我想請問各位一下,如果我每天都大約兩三點甚至更晚才睡
都睡到中午十二點一點才起床
睡醒不會有疲勞感反而有種體力回復的感覺
之前有發文詢問過,如果熬夜或是沒睡飽容易造成基代下降
那我這種情形基代會正常還是下降呢?
(這讓我很苦惱,因為都晚起床了所以一天大概只會吃到中餐和晚餐,
如果基代正常就代表我少吃了?)
原PO平時有在游泳重訓 頻率大概都是兩天一次
游泳一次都會游2000m/hr 重訓一次大概40min~1hr
