難得很熱鬧,隨便設計一下菜單
1600大卡,大慨 50kg 普通女生,正常活動量,每天走約 6000 步

每磅體重蛋白質約 0.8g ,脂肪量勉強貼近70%,這樣子吃要營養不良到死會頗困難
只要酮教堅持『蛋白質一公斤一克』
嚴格上,沒有在不吞油的前提下,到達 70%油脂,而且又不會營養不良
而最後的 ghee 可換成 butter 會比較香 ...

: 為什麼我算出來只有1390…和2000的數字也差太多了!
