便利商店吃基代 - 健身

最近開始觀察便利商店的食物熱量
發現總熱量低的東西(蔬菜水果)脂肪含量也低
總熱量高的東西(例如便當)脂肪含量也高
飲料大多也符合這個原則
雖然這個結論有點白痴
(不用特別研究也會知道這種事吧)
但是請忍耐一下
根據這個結論我有點問題想請教各位:
以基代 2034 的外食上班族來說
假設一個便當 750
一份綜合蔬果 250
大概要有兩餐都吃便當(恐怕就是午餐跟晚餐)
早餐也兩份綜合蔬果、或者喝飲料
才能吃到基代
但是這樣就已經吃進太多油了吧?
想在便利商店遵循低脂高纖的原則的話
難道我一天應該吃 9 份綜合蔬果嗎? =3=
(這問題可能也有點蠢,請多包涵)
