各位好
目前還是大學生,腸胃比較不好,但是沒什麼在乎它,體質偏容易緊張
最近因為便秘而跑急診,讓我蠻尷尬的..,也讓我驚覺到要照顧腸胃
平常習慣喝2、3公升的水,三天重訓,重訓後還會有氧25-30分鐘,四天挑兩天跑步30-40
分鐘
飲食的部分,偏清淡,覺得青菜很油,所以肉類都會特別把肥的部分去掉,不吃炸的(有
在想是不是油脂缺乏,但是醫生說不至於),會喝無糖飲料
至於果汁、水果、優格都有試過,沒什麼太大的效果
家人有給我若元錠、新表飛鳴S,但是都沒什麼用。之前腸胃炎,所以買了諾寶益生菌,
但是對於便秘我不知道有沒有用,現在身體到底是缺什麼我也不懂.......
大家有推薦的辦法或是益生菌..等嗎QQ
