小弟我可能因為前臂偏弱所以在做俄挺衝肩、團身時收力常會有刺痛感,通常是當次訓練
的後期刺痛感會逐漸加劇,請問各位巨巨訓練時如果遇到類似刺痛感會馬上停止嗎?可能
把一個禮拜三次的訓練拆成每天練一點這樣會比較好嗎?會不會因為強度變低,代謝壓力
不夠導致進步緩慢呢?謝謝各位了
