借力這種技巧要怎麼運用? - 健身

忘記以前在哪個地方看到說
在做動作時最後一兩下可以適當借力
像是做二頭彎舉前面動作都是正常不借力
最後要力竭時可以稍微甩一下之類的
以我自己在WG看大家練 好像大多都是沒力就放下
所以也不曉得這種技巧是要怎麼運用?
是只能適用在小肌群上吧? 二三頭 三角側飛鳥這種
畢竟深蹲硬舉這種就沒辦法甩 臥推可能還會受傷
所以想來請教一下大家是真的有這種技巧嗎 還是以前以訛傳訛的?
