不好意思第一次發文,有不合規定的地方請告知>"<
我約一年半前是166/47,但是那一段時間天天吃雞排,所以一年前就變成166/60
之後有稍微減了一下就維持現在是166/57~58(然後就一直卡在57下不去了)
不過自從減到57之後我就發現我都吃不到基代
剛開始很誇張,天天算熱量連500卡都不到,只是沒在運動
大概維持了三個月
(PS:500卡是開始運動之前,現在有在運動就沒算熱量囉!)
現在開始運動有比較好,一天吃兩餐
早餐大概是一碗稀飯/一個饅頭夾蛋/一個不包油條的飯糰/火腿或豬排夾蛋土司,選一個
晚餐就不一定,大部分外食...可是分量也不多,大概一人份的2/3左右
家裡有煮就吃家裡的,3/4碗飯+青菜+魚肉
然後我很愛喝牛奶,一天一定要500CC以上
樣吃不到基代已經一年左右了
我聽人家說基代會降低,可是如果長期吃不到會出問題嗎?那如果吃不到要怎麼改善?
醫生有跟我說長久吃不到會死掉,可是到底是多久以上...
我一年下來這樣,運動完都會暈(不正常的我知道),蹲下去會暈站太久會暈
還有人跟我說吃不到就喝飲料 囧,說這樣也可以攝取熱量應該是不好的吧?
(補充一下身體資訊好了,血糖空腹30~40mg/dl,飯後血糖70~80mg/dl
數據:正常飯前血糖值應界於70~100 mg/dl,而飯後血糖值應低於140 mg/dl。
我家有買血糖機,所以我大概5~7天量一次,因為我爸有糖尿病 >"<
血壓則一直都在100/60↓ 數據:成年人120/80mmHg
安靜時心跳100以上,心跳打小就這樣了@@
