最近被醫生判定椎間盤突出+椎間盤退化+壓迫雙腳神經
雖然算嚴重,但只要不用腰力,目前生活還算正常
昨天試跑4公里,今天腰有點不適
我想跑步應該是要放棄了
但看著體重愈來愈重,應該怎麼有氧運動比較好呢?
目前的情況是不能跑、跳,而且盡可能不要用腰力
請問有什麼有氧運動可以輕易讓心跳>130
因為我之前常跑馬拉松,心肺功能、肌力有一定水準
強度再強都沒有關係,只要能不傷腰+心跳達到130就好
聽說有屈膝健走,強度比一般健走強
請問還有其他有氧運動方式嗎?
