做crunch遇到的問題 - 健身

大家好,我在去年九月的時候每天都會做100下的仰臥起坐,後來慢慢停了。
最近想說來重新開始吧,可是想到之前爬文還是爬精華區看到,仰臥起坐其實很容易傷到脊椎,於是想說改做crunch好了。
…我懷疑我很快就會脖子斷掉了,囧。
請問在做crunch起來的時候頸椎這一帶會出現很不舒服的灼熱感是正常的嗎?QQ
因為實在很不喜歡那種感覺所以想回去做仰臥起坐了…(不過腹部比做仰臥起坐有感覺是真的)
