做一天休一天的菜單請益 - 健身

請問各位巨巨,最近開始重訓想要改變身形,不過我只能做一天休息一天,時間上沒有辦法每天到運動中心報到,現在是175/57 附上inbody上面數據感覺不是很準,因為沒什麼線條 http://i.imgur.com/zdismdR.jpg 現在到運動中心通常是
蝴蝶機15下一組做5組
滑輪下拉15下一組做5組
腳前踢一個板子的20下一組做5組
之後在用啞鈴練二頭一組10下做5組
空槓鈴深蹲15下一組做三組
最後在捲腹到累死,有時候會參著一些其他機器,對巨巨來說這菜單一定很亂,不知道該怎麼改善
Ps.回家會做8分鐘腹肌兩組加上一些核心運動(差不多40分鐘)休息的那天會慢跑半小時(6分速)
