年齡:28
身高:161
體重:56.8
BMI:21.9
體脂率:33.4%
三餐內容
早餐:紅茶500cc(自己煮的微糖)+拉亞燻雞蛋餅(335卡)
午餐:肉片陽春麵(不喝湯)+爽健美茶
晚餐:白飯半碗+青菜+肉 偶爾嘴饞會忍不住吃炸雞排,但是會去皮
其他:點心:水果+桂圓糕等點心 或只吃水果
日常作息時間:00:00睡7:00起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每天跳繩50分鐘+呼拉圈10分鐘 或踩"空中腳踏車機"50分鐘
我的問題:去看了減肥門診,醫生說體重在標準值內算正常,所以飲食習慣不用改變,
但體脂過高,叫我每天至少要運動50分鐘,沒有開藥給我吃,說體脂降為30%
再回去參加醫院的體雕班,可是運動了一個禮拜,體重都沒有動也~我都有出
汗,不知道問題出在哪??? 我真的不用特別在意吃什麼嗎???
