三餐內容
早餐:火腿吐司or豬肉片吐司or鮪魚吐司 + 豆漿
都是兩片吐司夾上述配菜還有一些小黃瓜!...就是...早餐店的吐司啦XD
午餐:便當(飯吃ㄧ半,菜大概吃3/4,主菜不吃皮不吃炸)
三-四樣菜(一般便當的量...三格+1道菜放在飯上...飯分開比較好?@@)
都吃空心菜 地瓜葉 高麗菜 竹筍 之類
主菜通常炸肉排(去除炸皮) or 肉排 or 五香雞?不知道怎麼說XD...
或是7-11雞腿便當
晚餐:御飯糰 or 蘋果+茶葉蛋
其他:(不喝飲料 只喝水)
以上~大概多少攝取熱量????@"@
日常作息時間:朝六晚十二
生活型態:(上班族)
運動習慣:目前是每天(或是偶爾隔一天) 游泳約70分鐘(40m泳池 15趟*2)
我的問題:基本代謝是1495...我不清楚我這樣吃的熱量大概多少耶?
有人能幫我推算看看嗎^^"...體脂肪21%是正常~但BMI有點高~腰圍還想瘦一點
預計要瘦到58.5 - 59之間 請問我這樣子的排程OK嗎?
