三餐內容
早餐:木材麵包 或是 普通麵包一塊
午餐:自助餐四樣青菜+小碗白飯+自助餐湯3碗
晚餐:和中午一樣
其他:偶爾吃點巧克力和餅乾
日常作息時間:1~2點睡 9點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每周打籃球一次1小時半
每周健身房飛輪3~4次 一次40~60分鐘
去健身房都會作一些重訓
我的問題:我的標準體重是73公斤,可是我感覺都達不到這一個目標
一直卡在 78~80 公斤之間起伏,看到體重減少很開心
可是升上來,又在想自己也沒吃甚麼為何會上升
心理障礙有些障礙,想必很多人會和我一樣不喜歡體重是上升的
感覺快樂的瘦身是一件很棒的事情,我以前也是如此,
但保持快樂的心情卻是需要訓練和習慣,會害怕自己吃太多
如何克服心理障礙,請板上朋友解惑!

請大家買早餐或便當,飲料的時候盡量不要索取塑膠袋
盡量用手拿!!!
也盡量使用自己的筷子
少使用保麗龍杯,做好回收
