三餐內容
早餐:自製(三片吐司)火腿蛋 無糖紅茶
午餐:滷味青菜兩份 + 王子麵 + 肉一份 + 菇類
晚餐:炒飯或SUBWAY + 青菜一份
其他:戒甜食和消夜
日常作息時間:八點起床去健身房跑步30分鐘 然後去學校唸書 晚上去公園跑1500公尺
生活型態:全職考生
運動習慣:健身房的話先快走5分鐘然後跑3000公尺 再慢走5分鐘
再加上夾腿 和 仰臥起坐20下
我的問題:因為午晚餐都是吃外食 請問怎麼樣比較容易吃到不油的肉類?
這樣持之以恆下去的話.....請問一個月大概瘦多少是標準的?
而且為什麼體脂會那麼高(哭)
