大家好~
最近有個問題很困擾我> <
因為我想要練臀部
所以就開始做一些像橋式、深蹲、弓步下蹲之類的動作
可是為什麼我做深蹲的時候,大腿跟屁股都不會痠
反而是髖關節在做完深蹲之後會痠痛?
是不是我動作哪裡不正確?
還是我的骨骼結構異於常人?(我覺得我好像大腿骨外翻的樣子)
還有在做弓步下蹲時,也是大腿跟屁股都無感,但是後面的那條腿的膝蓋會痛
我怕我是不是姿勢錯誤,沒練到臀部,反而導致髖關節跟膝蓋受損OAQ
可是我覺得我姿勢好像跟網路上教得差不多啊~
下面是我對這兩個動作的理解
有錯誤的話麻煩指正。
深蹲:雙腳站立比肩略寬,屁股往後坐下,膝蓋不要超過腳尖
所以這時為了保持平衡,上半身便要直挺向前傾斜
弓步下蹲:弓部姿,上身直挺,後腳從直挺改成彎曲,前腳膝蓋不要超過腳尖。
是這樣對嗎?
那為什麼我的髖關節跟膝蓋會痛啊?
