瑜伽肯定會瘦身的,只不過要花很長一段時間。
瘦身只是瑜伽的副產物。
像我練習薩古魯所傳授的古典哈達瑜伽,anga(安伽瑪丹那),鍛練韌帶和肌腱,一開始感覺
身體不是自己的,什麼影片上說,只要25分鐘,即可練習完畢,根本是個屁,那是非常熟練
的人才有辦法做到。一開始花了1小時20分做完整套,隔天走路腿部很有就感。現在練習七
個月了,進步到45分鐘做完整套。
練習後,食量變大。
Surya kriya 早上練習三回,肚子有餓的感覺了。surya shakti,超級動態的瑜伽練習,增
強消化系統的能力。ss練越多次後,會大量流汗。
古典哈達瑜伽,有非常嚴謹的規則。學費真的不便宜,若有興趣,在去學習。推薦一開始學
SK,簡單易上手。
吃什麼吃多吃少都不打緊,聽聽身體想吃什麽,你就會瘦了。每天練習瑜伽或多或少,會改
變你的飲食習慣。
