做背部及胸部重訓器材腰會跟著痛 - 健身

各位大大你好,
本人目前有駝背、圓肩、高低肩的問題
但因駝背想改善,故使用練背部的重訓器材
但背部器材越使用就發現腰部會有痠、痛的情形
對了練胸部器材也會有腰痛情形
練完當天需要一段時間才會恢復
教練是說有肩膀脊椎腰椎沾黏現象
因為很久沒到健身房了!但因要減重、減脂
過去器材怎麼使用也早就忘光光了!(不過之前是去健x工廠)
所以才選擇到健身房,不過去之前沒做功課,因此誤入傳說的那家紅色招牌當會員
想問問版上有沒有曾有過相關經驗的前輩可以分享一下!
這種現象要去看醫生比較能改善還是就增加肌力多練習就能改變呢?
