平常都有運動習慣
一次會跑步機 跑足1小時
有時候跑到10km要1小時15分
都慢慢跑…
一個禮拜至少4天或5天
上禮拜感冒,然後加上一些人為的因素
整整停了5天沒運動
結果今天才跑30分鐘我就想停了
停了5天又要重新開始…
好累哦~
是不是運動的週期都這樣?
停多久會前功盡棄啊
我覺得我好像前功盡棄了><
