停止重訓後是否會迅速復胖? - 健身

板友們晚安,小弟近一年來都有重訓,一週最少也有二至三天,近一個多月是一週四天。
上週有去量inbody
體重76.1公斤,其中骨骼肌37.2公斤,體脂率13.7%。
我的問題在於,接下來約有將近半年多的時間無法繼續重訓,不過三餐都會蠻固定的,
早餐:吐司夾鮪魚.起司.蛋,偶爾會嘴饞吃包餡的麵包
午餐:普通便當(不會有炸物)、各式蓋飯、丼飯
晚餐:同午餐
飲料則是無糖茶/拿鐵、豆漿,不會吃宵夜,
可能偶爾吃條健達或一片黑巧克力(>70%的)
綜上所述,想和各位請教,這樣會不會迅速復胖?
我還蠻擔心會因為停止重訓而復胖,
畢竟之前才花快一年瘦下來
