我171CM 95KG目前1RM S155 B92 D165
感覺已經上不去了
硬舉深蹲時有用rehband護膝 硬舉有加拉力帶
深蹲在155開始覺得尾椎有不舒適感 上來的時候核心不穩所以知道要練核心
硬舉則是有一種165再上去我的下背會拉傷的感覺所以也是核心跟下背要多練的問題
至於胸推沒有裝備
我最大的困擾就是胸推練了一年感覺幾乎沒進步
也有爬文說要練三頭跟肩了
也把雙槓下壓從原本零下進步到五下了
但是胸堆就一直極限92
感覺目前進入了撞牆期
最近是想說要買條RDX腰帶來保護自己
想請問接下來想更進步有什麼方式?
