今天在練背的時候,感覺出不到力,訓練組也無法做完整
但之前在練都明顯可以很盡情的出力(操到當下肌肉很有感受)
不知道是不是因爲今天比較趕,訓練前一個小時才吃了早餐(含糖豆漿+鮪魚御飯團)
想問一下大家有沒有這樣過?是怎麼處理這樣的狀況?
