各位巨巨大家好
小弟有個疑問想請教大家
最近10天出去玩都沒有重訓
原本體重是74 骨骼肌是33.2
結果昨天一測 體重變72 骨骼肌剩32.3
這十天內都沒有運動
但大概只有一兩天蛋白質沒有吃到體重的兩倍
飲食上也沒有特別節食
為什麼會差距這麼大...
昨天看到數字有點灰心
想請問我可能哪裡做錯了?
還是只是機器誤差? Inbody 270
第一次是下午兩點測 第二次是中午12點
兩次都是進食後、運動後測的
覺得很困擾 增肌的目標是35....
現在又覺得遙遙無期了
希望大家可以給我一些建議 謝謝~
