小弟健身三年了
感謝健身版陪我度過每一個卡關每一個低潮
胸推這個動作小弟也曾經卡關了很長的時間
練習到後來慢慢的摸索到了一些技巧可以支持自己推更大的重量,給肌肉更多的刺激
這些技巧簡而言之就是三句話
1.抓緊
2.夾背
3.弓腰
當然雙腳踩穩,闊背肌貼住椅背這不用多說
所謂力由地起,腰馬合一
這就是小弟三年來握推超過1000次的心得

動作流程如下
踩穩、貼背,弓腰、起槓。
吸氣、離心、槓頂胸口、向心、吐氣。
