成人腰圍測量及判讀之方法
一、測量方法:
1.除去腰部覆蓋衣物,輕鬆站立,雙手自然下垂。
2.以皮尺繞過腰部,調整高度使能通過左右兩側腸骨上緣至肋骨下緣之中間點(如圖),
同時注意皮尺與地面保持水平,並緊貼而不擠壓皮膚。
3.維持正常呼吸,於吐氣結束時,量取腰圍。
二、判讀方法:
若腰圍:男≧90公分、女≧80公分時,
表示「腹部肥胖(Central obesity)」,
宜注意飲食、運動、體重控制,必要時諮詢醫療健康照護人員。
