我自己是一個亂練兩年的菜雞
最近開始研究我臥推的姿勢
我拍自己的影片給我教練朋友看之後
他說我的是*健力式*的臥推
他推薦我說可以做健美式的臥推來達到最大肌肥大的效果
之後我就上網開始查健美推和健力推的差別
現在是我以下認知
健美推:不依靠下肢力量存粹利用上肢力量來進行臥推、胸部承受重量較多,感受度較好(?
健力推:運用上肢和下肢的力量一起發力,同時拱腰來維持身體穩定(看影片是說健力的拱腰比較不會讓身體受傷),胸部承受的力量就沒那麼多
想請問大家如果像我自己就是想練一般肌肥大這樣
有需要特別去練健美臥推嗎?
我上網看兆祐的講法是說他認為不必要在這種多關節的動作特別孤立出胸肌來做訓練、這樣有點本末倒至,各位是怎麼看的?
