四月時開始了增胖計畫(172公分,大學才51公斤,出社會後58公斤)所以去藥局買了
七日配方,一天一百元;吃了七天後還真有效,馬上增加了四公斤,坦白說吃了藥後
食量變大很多,但總覺的有點累,加上胖的地方都胖在臉上及小腹就停止吃了,這時
是62公斤多。停藥之後就想去中醫看看有沒有增胖方法,自此之後就天天吃開胃助消化
的中藥了,當然在BBS上做了一些功課後,於是乎就於五月一日走上重訓之路了。
連二天第一次及第二次重訓後,第二天睡覺時我的手臂酸痛到不能動,是真的不能動
還影響到睡眠,其他部位如大腿,背也有酸痛,但不如手臂是酸痛到不能動。
但是接下來日子重訓後的酸痛就不明顯(懷疑是自已不正確的練法,前二次都有教練
在旁邊看),只有一點酸而已,一點點而已
推持了一個月,在這個月重訓的過程真的很痛苦,常常練完一組我要休息很久,
根本是沒體力下去練,記得有一次練完,騎車回家時,騎到一半突然身體很不適
還要把機車停到旁邊,蹲下去休息一會兒才能騎回家。這個月是每星期約練四天。
終於到了六月,也是這個月的第一周,我第一次休息了五天才去健身房重訓,真的
是好累,想到要去重訓心裡的壓力就很大,所以才隔了五天才去,昨天重訓完,因為
中藥吃完了,就順路去中醫看看,結果醫生把完脈後,就說我肝火很大,最近很勞累
,哇真神,我最近本身真的感到力不從心,真不知在累什麼,沒去重訓的那幾天也是
累幣了,我就和醫生說,我有去重訓,他就說我身體底子不好再去重訓會搞跨身體,
叫我不要再去重訓了。
各位大大,我該如何是好,到底我現在要不要繼續重訓下去
ps:因為我是要增壯的,重點是下半身,所以每次重訓約四十分到一小時,課程只有二種
一天練腿,一天練背而已,一組十五下,做三至四組。
補充一下:目前有二種選擇
一、先停止重訓,去健身房辦暫停,調養二個月,這二個月就以游泳及慢跑來運重
二個月後再來繼續重訓。
二、不管醫生,繼續重訓,但一星期只去星期三、星期六及星期日,重點是每天睡足八
小時。六及日都是睡飽後一早就去重訓。再來就是提高度,一組十二次,共三組
,用高強度來縮短時間,這樣才不會把時間拖太長而太累。
各位大大建議那種方案好呢?還是有更佳的方法
由於很多人對藥有問題,再補充一下藥方面,就是去專門配減肥藥的藥房買的
藥局說一定有效,而且七加內有效,就是聽了他這麼說就買了七日份,真的還增
加四公斤,當我後來沒吃時,很怕會瘦回來,所以停藥後,還是逼自已狂吃,
後來發覺沒瘦下來,最近半個月就沒特意狂吃,回到以前的食量了,做了重訓一個月多
也一直維持62至63公斤,也沒瘦回來也沒繼續胖下去
