力量訓練久了之後,覺得去運動也是一種紓壓,下了班之後的一個,可說是例行性事務,
一天的繁忙工作後,一個避風港,在那兒聽著音樂,所有人們做著運動,流著汗水,
不管當天發生什麼事,總固定著時間去健身房報到,有為健康而練的、為外觀好看的、
為提升力氣的、為運動表現的... 久而久之,就是一種習慣。
像前幾天我練的時候,看到旁邊一個壯男,邊做leg press推腿的同時,咬牙切齒
在自言自語咒罵著。我看到有點驚嚇,懷疑其精神狀況有點問題,但我不予理會。
後來仔細聽他罵"賤女人" "可惡的女人,去死吧..@!@!#" .........
我猜測可能是被戴綠帽不爽吧... 看來重訓真是不錯的紓壓方式..
