各位巨巨好
小弟以前的體質很瘦,加上又打系籃,所以體重一直在180/64左右
後來為了要讓身材好看一點接觸到健身,就默默練了五年了
一開始當然跟大家一樣進步很快,亂練都進步,中間的時候可能卡也卡一陣子
到去年年中的時候開始催重量,三項的力量開始上升體重也進步
可是最近去量inbody跟去年的肌肉重一模一樣反而體脂肪上升2KG多

這一年其實練的蠻認真的,可是結果是沒進步,反而蠻令人沮喪的
飲食部分的話斷斷續續會煮肌胸肉來吃,ㄧ次大概都會持續一個月以上
而沒吃的話也都有在喝乳清補充,想說就算沒有吃到2倍體重的蛋白質
還是有堅持訓練的話應該也會慢慢進步,想問看看各位有人有練的很勤
可是卻發現如此現象嗎? 害我的心態現在有點半放棄不太想練了Q__Q
希望可以知道心態部分該怎麼調整,感謝觀看

當然練了五年有進步,可是還希望可以在更強一點
