最近去WG運動完跟健友約吃飯
都好想吃火鍋(有人也是火鍋控嗎?
我真的一年四季都可以吃的那種
但每次都被拒絕說好胖剛動得都白費
想問大家運動期間或減脂期間會避開火鍋嗎?
仔細想想不就湯+蔬菜+肉 都算原型食物吧

如果不吃麻辣牛奶泡菜那種重鹹湯底
這樣應該就不會太罪惡了吧?
認識的教練甚至會跟店員要白開水湯
而我是會選擇昆布之類至少有點味道
還是有那種專門健康火鍋店可以推薦?
題外話 練肚子真的是不歸路
CP值超低的啦 都沒有什麼形狀
我看還是乖乖練胸比較有成就感
補個盲點 練胸胸部不會變大
是讓形狀變好看跟有胸溝
所以是「視覺上」變大喔~~~
