我有一個女生朋友 身高173 體重91
每天吃 雞胸肉 豬肉 蛋 生菜 一餐或兩餐
每餐量 2顆蛋加一坨生菜 300公克雞胸肉
不喝含糖飲料 水每天至少2000
每個禮拜5到6天去健身房做重量訓練
時間半小時至一小時
可是還是卡了3個月一直在91公斤
她也去檢查內分泌 並沒有問題
有人知道哪邊出了問題嗎?
