這是最近的體脂紀錄
很神奇的到現在都沒什麼變
這個禮拜飲食改為
中午12點 吃一個拳頭的糙米加雞肉
晚上6點 吃一個拳頭的糙米加雞肉
糙米偶爾換地瓜
因為她不喜歡吃菜就沒放到菜單了
都是原型食物
不吃加工食品
不吃零食,不喝飲料
問題出在哪裡
吃的量太少嗎
還是吃太多
