健身喝高蛋白飲 長了肌肉卻禿頭

有人上了健身房後,發現長了肌肉,頭髮卻愈掉愈多,罪魁禍首可能是高蛋白飲品。專家表示,舉重與高蛋白飲品都會刺激體內二氫睪固酮(DHT)與睪酮素的分泌,而這兩種荷爾蒙正是造成雄性禿的主因。
人體自然分泌的DHT,會黏附在頭皮上毛囊的細胞受體,阻礙毛囊吸收養分,久而久之造成毛囊萎縮,若毛囊無法再維持頭髮健康生長,就會出現掉髮現象,由於受體多半位在頭頂,因而形成地中海禿。
倫敦植髮專家齊歐加醫師(Thomy Kouremada-Zioga)表示,健身族慣喝的高蛋白飲品往往含有Creatine、DHEA等生長激素,雖可增加肌肉,卻也會增加血液內睪酮素含量。
睪酮素會分泌DHT,而DHT會造成落髮,可惜多數男性並不知道這點,直到前額出現M型禿等明顯變化時,才會上門求醫。
她說,這並非世界末日。只要健身族將重訓改成心肺訓練,並戒掉高蛋白飲品,就可遠離雄性禿。但若是遺傳性禿頭則又另當別論。
目前治療禿頭的方式非常有限,已在臨床上證實有效的療法為口服藥Finasteride、外塗藥Minoxidil、以及植髮。市面上所有生髮產品幾乎都含Minoxidil,但專家強調,Minoxidil只能預防落髮,無法有效生髮或增髮。口服藥則可抑制DHT分泌。
