請問大家健身時外食都怎麼吃呢 ?
平常都是萬年在家 乾煎雞胸 .. 吃到會想吐
為了讓健身的路走得更長遠
外食吃什麼 可以撫平內心 @_@ ?
小弟私推TOP3
1.21風味烤半雞 單點 蛋白質約70克 熱量約600多
2.SUBWAY 6吋 不要起司 雞與牛 蛋白質約20克 有碳 有蔬果 熱量約5.600
3.麥當勞 板烤雞腿堡 + 麥脆雞 蛋白質約40克 有碳 熱量約600多
這三樣算是小弟誠心推的 不知道大家都買什麼來吃呢 ?
