如題
小魯最近遇到的問題,舉例,
我的二頭彎舉,只能做到32單位,下一個重量39單位我就舉不起來(一下都不行)
但32單位可以做3組,
想請問各位健身達人,大約多久可以繼續往上突破重量?
另外,想請問大家,在減肥期間,一個禮拜吃一次牛排可行嗎?
其他每天兩餐,都是自助餐,分量如下,
