身高:170公分
體重:83=>72
(先前滿懶得做有氧..所以是靠重訓跟飲食減肥)
最近照鏡子覺得自己手臂整個細一圈
以往"大塊的肌肉"通通消失了
但是線條卻比以往明顯很多~
這時候才知道,
喔~~~原來覆蓋在上面的是脂肪而不是肌肉~~
所以現在體脂降低卻有股"肌肉"越來越小的錯覺haha
(原來自己原本的肌肉才這麼一丁點阿~~Q_Q)
話說某些部位的肌肉真的是很難練阿!!
(ex:三角)
現在自己看自己覺得變小隻了,
但是別人卻說我變寬了@@
別人對我的評價也從
胖胖滿壯"肌肉"(肥肉?)滿大的=>形狀慢慢都出來囉
結論就是,話說胸背這種大部位的,就是"整個身形"
光靠在家玩啞鈴之類的還真的練不太到,
在健身房待了一陣子後,最有成就感的就是背了~

btw,
靠運動減重真是有用,
這幾個月放懷大吃少去重訓也沒變胖多少。
所謂的放懷大吃..
正餐+點心+飲料之外,
消夜:兩個麥當當大漢堡+薯條+飲料or蚵仔麵線+菜or炸肉+菜....
今天晚餐吃完燒臘便當不夠又去買八方雲集鍋貼,還吃了一大碗冰..
希望不是下星期就開始胖回去了= =a
開始得再注意一下飲食了~~~
