自從新工作之後 短短兩個月感覺肥肉包著肌肉
馬甲線全消失 整個體脂上升1.5% QQ
開始重拾拳擊+自主訓練 一週大約五天 1.5 - 2小時
前天做完腿部訓練
昨天做有氧拳擊的時候 前踢後踢痠到要我命
有詢問健身房的教練 舒緩痠痛的方式
1. 做完訓練的當天肌肉已經被破壞
建議不要泡熱水澡 過幾天再泡比較有效放鬆
2. 訓練後務必要伸展或者用滾筒
我現在訓練後都會順便練劈腿 不過滾筒真的在大腿的時候超痛!!!!
3. 可貼痠痛貼布
怕常貼傷身體 網路上爬文有些是沒有含藥的??沒負擔也可以舒緩肌肉痠痛

通常怎麼舒緩肌肉痠痛
每次我都痠三天以上 我訓練的時候有痠痛感覺效率變很差…
