突然大吃會想吐 - 健身

其實我覺得我有點想太多
可是今天身體真的怪怪的
就是我已經持續上健身房七個月了
平常就是一小時有氧團課 半小時重訓
但是因為太會吃 都當同事的廚餘桶
前陣子量inbody胖了四公斤肌肉率也降了
上禮拜開始吃健康的飲食 不吃零食
早餐 無糖豆漿配雞蛋
中午 吃素食水煮餐(我本來就吃方便素)
下午 喝無加糖番茄汁或吃香蕉止餓
晚餐可能燙青菜配湯米苔目之類的
持續了快一個禮拜之後
今天突然被同事拉去吃垃圾食物
吃了福x亭的炸鱈魚排飯 洋蔥圈 黃金泡菜 味噌湯 茶凍
竟然沒有吃完 還吃到有點反胃
以前我是會把盤子清乾淨的那種
回家還馬上拉肚子
到現在還想吐
想知道是不是我的身體已經習慣清淡的飲食了
還是心理作用不想吃這種東西所以想吐啊
大家有這種經驗嗎
