目前也運動兩年多了
主要是跑步和簡單重訓
跑步從剛開始的一周五天
一次四十分鐘到一個小時
到現在的一周兩天
然後搭配重訓半小時起跳
可是發現到
體力好像都沒有變好
爬樓梯和爬坡
都是一下下就喘
而且大腿會很痠
要怎樣才可以讓腿有力
讓體力變好
