間歇斷食和一餐30g最有效率矛盾? - 健身

現在很多人推崇間歇性斷食的,也很多人在執行,也滿多人用間歇性斷食練的不錯的
但另外一個大家很尊崇的概念是一餐最多攝取30g蛋白質,其他都會浪費掉
但間歇性斷食很多人是一餐就吃了100多g,也是練得不錯,這是不是有點證實一餐30g這個概念有點瑕疵了阿?
