正確來說應該是23:1斷食
也就是一天一餐
目前已經持續了3個月 中間有約3~4天不可抗因素有恢復正常3餐
其餘時候就是一天只吃一餐
營養素蛋白值熱量那些都有在控制
運動就每天簡單的重訓+20分鐘有氧
體重穩定下降
身體和精神方面沒有不適感
網路上看到的大多是168或5/2斷食心得
很少有這種持續性的24H斷食
是因為不推薦還是難度高所以少人做?
